Fitness Offering 
Fitness Director-Kaley and Personal Trainer-Tyler, will begin offering customized online training. These programs are available at your fingertips, and completely custom to your goals, lifestyle and schedule! These individualized programs are available for $185 a month. To give you some ideas, Kaley and Tyler have provided custom programs in the past for general fitness, strength training, weight management, sports performance, pelvic floor and core rehabilitation, injury prevention, etc. And if in-person training is more your style, we are gladly welcoming new members for in-person training as well! Please reach out to either Kaley or Tyler to discuss further.

PT Wellness sessions with Andrew will be changing.
Andrew will now offer sessions at a rate based off frequency.

 Weekly /Biweekly PT:       $115 per session
Á la carte/one time:  $150 per session

HIIT it with Tyler!
Dates:       Wednesday mornings 6:30-7:15 a.m.
Location:   Fitness Center Studio Room
Price:       $20 per person
 
-HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is designed to increase your metabolic rate through bursts of intense full body exercises coupled with carefully timed rest periods. From this class, you can expect improvements in cardiovascular fitness while also improving muscular strength and endurance.

-Modifications are provided, but this class may not be suitable for some beginners. Reach out to Kaley or Tyler with any questions or concerns about the class, and if it’s right for your body!

Monday Night Yoga with Katie Lascola

Vinyasa Yoga is a flow based yoga style with a mix of balance, strenghthening, and lengthening postures.  Modifications and advanced options are provided.

Cancellation Policy  
When you book a training/PT/small group training session, you are holding space on our calendar that is no longer available to other club members. To be respectful to your fellow club members and our staff, you must cancel or reschedule your appointment by no later than
 5:00 p.m. the day before your scheduled session. 
 
At the discretion of the club, you may be charged at your regular session rate if you do not (i) show up for your appointment or (ii) cancel/reschedule before the aforementioned time frame.  This is done in fairness to both the trainer/physical therapist and to members who would otherwise have wanted the appointment.
 
Thank you for providing our staff and our members this courtesy.

Personal Training 
1:1 Personal Training
No matter your goals-weight loss, muscle growth, sports performance, increase flexibility, or just to keep moving and have fun in the gym, 1:1 personal training is custom designed to suit your body and help you reach your goals. All programs are resistance training based to improve muscle strength, endurance, balance, flexibility, cardiovascular fitness, and so much more!
 
Small Group (2-3) Training
Do you like having a gym buddy? Enjoy all the same benefits of 1:1 resistance training listed above, with the comradery of your training partner(s)! Some benefits of a training partner include: more motivation, increased likelihood you will stay consistent, and your workouts can be double (or triple) the fun!
 
Sports Performance
Sport-specific functional movement training that is tailored to what you need to succeed in your athletic pursuits. This style of training is perfect for all athletes, but also ideal for anyone wanting to focus less on “looks” and more on feeling good and pushing your body to master new movements and skills. It’s amazing how your body can change without analyzing the pounds and inches. Sessions can be individual or small group.

Pre and Postnatal Fitness Training
Uniquely and beautifully designed for the individual needs of any woman’s body throughout pregnancy and postpartum (no matter how far postpartum you may be). Prenatal training is designed to prepare your body for the wonderful feat that is growing, laboring, and birthing your new baby, as well as preparing your body to better recover from labor and birth, as well as feel ready for the new physical demands that come with motherhood. Postpartum training is aimed at rehabbing the core and pelvic floor, building back any lost strength, and getting you back to doing ALL the activities you love, and want to pursue. Offered only by Kaley.

Private Yoga/Stretch
Private yoga/stretch will focus on the areas you need it most. Maybe you have tight hips from sitting at work, or maybe your back feels tight and lacks proper rotational ability for your golf swing. Whatever your body needs, this offering is intended to alleviate pain, provide increased flexibility and range of motion, and provide a time for you to unwind and deliver some self-care. 


Youth Fitness
Custom training based on the age and needs of your child.  This training takes a very functional approach; allowing your child to build proprioception, healthy movement patterns, agility, balance, muscular control, and so much more.  Appropriate for ages 8+.

FITNESS CENTER GUIDELINES
  • The hours of operation will be 5:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. daily.The fitness center will close promptly at 8:00 p.m. to ensure the night crew can clean the equipment and facility
  • Water will not be provided until further notice
  • All members and staff are asked to continuously wipe down equipment before and after each use
  • Equipment has been spaced out to allow for social distancing
  • It is requested that all fitness center visits do not exceed 60 minutes
  • Circuit training is prohibited. Please stay on one machine or piece of equipment for all sets before moving to the next piece
  • Keypad Access- Member number followed by #. All fitness center users are asked to access the fitness center from the Club's main entrance and use the side door to exit the gym
  • Please do not congregate by staff desk
  • Please follow specific cleaning instructions for Pelotons
  • Be courteous of the spatial barriers and comfort levels of others. By supporting and respecting the views and preferences of others we create a safe and healthy environment
  • Members and guests who are fully vaccinated may workout without a face mask.

Important Reminder 
The Fitness Center Locker Room showers are now available for use. Community amenities are prohibited at this time.  Please remember to bring your own toiletries and store in your locker.
 

As we navigate the evolving realities of COVID-19 and the reopening of the Club, we are adapting to what the future may look like.  The staff are working to be ready for whatever comes next, and we will continue to update you and adjust our policies based on guidance from the CDC and federal, state, and local authorities.  All amenities and programs will depend upon their guidance.
