Small Group (2+) Training
Do you like having a gym buddy? Enjoy all the same benefits of 1:1 resistance training listed above with the comradery of your training partner(s)! Some advantages of a training partner include more motivation, an increased likelihood you will stay consistent, and more! -30, 45, and 60-minute sessions available.
Sports Performance
Sport-specific functional movement training is tailored to what you need to succeed in your athletic pursuits. This style of training is perfect for all athletes ready to push their performance to the next level- mastering new movements and skills. Sessions can be an individual or small group.
Pre and Postnatal Fitness Training
It is uniquely and beautifully designed for the individual needs of any woman’s body throughout pregnancy and postpartum (no matter how far postpartum you may be). Prenatal training is designed to prepare your body for the remarkable feat of growing, laboring, and birthing your new baby, as well as to prepare your body to better recover from labor and birth and feel ready for the new physical demands that come with motherhood. Postpartum training is aimed at rehabbing the core and pelvic floor, building back any lost strength, and getting you back to doing ALL the activities you love and want to pursue. Offered only by Kaley. -45 and 60-minutes times available.
Custom Training Programs
Fitness Director Kaley and Personal Trainer Tyler offer customized online training. These programs are available at your fingertips and completely custom to your goals, lifestyle, and schedule! To give you some ideas, Kaley and Tyler have previously provided custom programs for general fitness, strength training, weight management, sports performance, pelvic floor and core rehabilitation, injury prevention, etc. And if in-person training is more your style, we also welcome new members for in-person training! Private Yoga/Stretch
Private yoga/stretching will focus on the areas you need it most. Maybe you have tight hips from sitting at work, or your back feels tight and lacks proper rotational ability for your golf swing. Whatever your body needs, this offering is intended to alleviate pain, provide increased flexibility and range of motion, and provide a time to unwind and deliver some self-care. -$100/hour.
Youth Fitness
Custom training based on your child's age and needs. This training takes a very functional approach, allowing your child to build proprioception, healthy movement patterns, agility, balance, muscular control, and so much more. Appropriate for ages 8+. 30, 45, and 60 minute times available.
